i did many productive things today...~! yes.. early in the morning i met ezah and lixia.. and we went to the gym.. yes.. i did a real great work out...~ i ran 3km in 30 mins.. hees... hmmm... timing not very good ba.. but then i managed to run 30 mins non stop.. hurray..! i dunno.. i juz haf this motivation in me... it made me ran non stop.. hees.. and yups.. yesterday i said 45 and so many people stopped me. heehee.. i changed the target to 50... and.. yes... 50, i'm coming... =) and i did weights, hahha... ezah says i will become flat chested... oops.. kekeks... but am lurving the endurance.. the exercises and work outs.. but my ankle hurts... it really hurts very badly.. especially now.. but it's ok.. i'm determioned to run everyday... hees.. i have my goal in mind... =)

i fell.. yes.. i fell again... hurting my knee this time.. and yups... ezah is with me again..~ hahha.. everytime fall sure is ezah with me one.. haha... and yes.. she laughed after that again.. wahahha... it hurts... yes.. it's kinda hurting badly.. hees... =P

went to watch fireworks at esplanade..~!! yay...~! very very very nice...~ heehee...~ this is the second time seeing those really nice fireworks.. hees..~ but by this time when i was looking and admiring those wonderful fireworks, i'm aching at my ankle and my knee.. hahha..

hmmm, then......... my day passed... hees.. but am happie..cos i ate little.. and i think i burnt lotsa calories today.. hahhahha... =P i wan to keep up the gd work.. tomorrow is swimming in the morning, mugging after the swim and running after the mugging..~ yups, with ezah as usual.. hees... =) another productive day ahead....
